Reviewing PanPastels
Pastels come in a great variety. Now we in Europe have access to the new PanPastel, which is exactly as it sounds: The softest pastel pigment in a pan that looks like eye shadow, or, to keep the similarity within the world of fine art, like some round and large watercolour pans.
