Being color-starved in a bleak winter, I bought the painting and love it. Can't wait to see this in person and hang it in my room, which has become like a tiny art museum of just favorites. I needed one of yours and was so dazzled by so many that it was hard to choose -- until this one jumped out at me as the perfect color-drenched wonder that it is.



I love the little plein air sketch too, it's simple and powerful. You've taught me so much and studying these will teach me still more.
